If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also have the right to refer complaints to PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine regulatory bodies where the dispute relates to a regulated gaming matter.
